A: We ship within 24 hours of receiving your payment, unless otherwise noted. Most orders take 5-10 days for delivery. On rare accessions we may have an unexpected delay on an order. If this ever is expected with your order you will be immediately informed by E-mail

Q: How can I know my order status?
A: Once we send the bags, we will send you an E-mail for the estimated arriving date and give you a tracking number if you choose EMS,DHL,with which you can check the status of your order online. If it's Registered Air Mail, it's not trackable.

Q:In which circumstance, we provide replacement?
A:If customer find the item is not the same as actual picture or description. or there is some defect or broken on item, we provide replacement. when you received goods, and find defective items, you should tell us in next 3 days. Customers must bear the shipping cost if you return the defective items to us.
